There are so many recipes and options that it’s even difficult to choose what to make and where to start, once you have the desire, but not necessarily the techniques to prepare, for example, a Pastry Cream.
I know this feeling exists because I talk to friends and clients on a daily basis, who tell me they would like to bake more, serve pretty dishes, Bake celebration cakes, serve something different to friends and family, but mainly, to provide the same experience to all guests, but they just don’t do it because they don’t even know how to start.
It was with this need in mind that I created a set of classes that teach people step by step how to create recipes that will surprise your guests, family and clients, with or without dietary restrictions.
