Hi, I’m Fabiana Pragier, a Polish-Brazilian Pastry Chef with a passion for creating the most delightful gluten and dairy-free cakes and desserts you’ll ever taste!

In 2020, I traded in my career in real estate for the sweet world of Pâtisserie, and I haven’t looked back since.

As a proud Le Cordon Bleu graduate, I’ve founded Fabi Pragier – London Cakes and desserts supplying the best Delicatessen shops in town, I also run an online Gluten and dairy-free Pâtisserie school. I’ve even written books to share my love for this way of baking!

THE JOURNEY

My journey started with my own intolerance to milk, which sparked a mission to create mouthwatering treats for people with food sensitivities.

Along the way, I’ve taken numerous courses, worked at the prestigious One Aldwych in London—a hotel with a completely gluten and dairy-free menu—and developed recipes using unique ingredients rarely seen in Europe.
